*Due to the extension of this type of menu, it´s limited to 3:00 p.m. for meals and 9:30 p.m. for dinner. It´s not subject to ingredients or products changes and it´s served to full table. Available from 2 to 4 diners.




BREAD

  • "Pagès" bread with tomato



APÉRITIFS

  • White Catalan sausage and fuet (cured pork sausage)
  • Cod carpaccio with hazelnut romesco sauce
  • Inverted puff pastry with anchovies from L'Escala and tomato tartare


STARTERS

  • Homemade croquettes of "carn d'olla" (veal stew)
  • Crunchy facellets of Perol sausage and caramelised onion with black garlic muslin
  • Traditional veal cannelloni



MAIN COURSES 

  • Cod confit with "samfaina" 
  • Sausage of "pagés esparracada" with "all i oli"



DESSERTS

  • Montserrat mató (fresh cheese) with honey  
  • Coca from Llavaneres (puff pastry filled with custard)
